Who can use SplitForecast

You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

What the forecast is

Forecasts are estimates built from members’ planned workouts. They are not live occupancy, do not guarantee that equipment will be free, and may be incomplete or out of date.

Choosing a gym in the app does not prove or create a membership there.

Not medical advice

SplitForecast helps you schedule workouts. It does not give medical, health or training advice. Suggestions only move sessions within the rules you set. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program, and train at your own risk.

Community rules

Your nickname and split card can be seen by other members. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Do not use a nickname or the app to harass, threaten, impersonate, spam or mislead others, or to post hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable content. Do not interfere with the app or other people’s use of it.

You can block members and report them from the split cards. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter. You allow us to store and process it to run the app, including combining it into anonymous forecasts as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect other people.

Disclaimers and liability

SplitForecast is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, BKMT Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the forecast or suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use must also follow the App Store’s usage rules.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and ask you to agree again in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which BKMT Studios LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
